Not very good. It hit and miss if the windows turn out clean. Expensive as well

These guys are the best widnow cleaners around, they are very professional and courteous. Always give you a day's notice and if you have any problems the customer service staff are always really helpful, polite and professional. I would rate this business 6* if I could

In principle their cleaning methods are good as I have hard to reach windows. However, the technician allocated to clean my house was very rude. I spoke to Preen and Clean about this and the prtdk I spoke to said their staff shouldn't be rude at all. They'd speak to the manager and call back. They never called back but advised me of the next cleaning date. I spoke to them about who was coming and it was the same technician so I've cancelled the cleaning totally. The chap was very rude to visits out if four and it appears this company would prefer to lose customers than swap technicians. Very poor.

I had their team coming to clean my windows for around a year, but out of sudden they stopped, later I received a letter asking for £42. Fair enough, I owed this but I haven't receive any invoices, so I wasn't aware.I've paid the 42 pounds immediately and contacted their team, who confirmed that next cleaning will be 4.5.23. Few days before that a guy came to collect the 42 pounds. I've told him that I have paid them, he was nice&polite, he said that he will check with the relevant team.I contacted the company, who confirmed it's a mistake and booked me for next month, but of course on the day, I received the same invoice again, and no cleaning. Called them on the day, apologised again and said that I will receive a complimentary clean, I've rece8ved an email same day that my 'reclean' is done, but again, the windows were not cleaned. 6 weeks later, I've received the same invoice at the date of the scheduled clean rather than cleaning the windows. I'm not using them again

My mother uses this service and as she lives in a terrace she requires notice to make sure the back of the house can be accessed. She doesn’t always received notification and the last time they came they didn’t clean the doors which she pointed out so he did the front door but upon leaving she checked the back and that door hadn’t been done. £16.25 for 5 minutes work.
