Dropped off my Mercedes C300 to Hadens Birmingham, got it diagnosed and turns out my turbo had failed, car was repaired by them and is driving perfect now thanks to the team at Hadens Birmingham! Would recommend everyone to use them if you want a 10/10 job

I can’t believe what i’ve had to go through with these cowboy mechanics. 7.5 months pregnant.Took my mercedes to them for a coolant leak, at first they said they couldn’t find the issue, although I had videos of coolant leaking from the bottom of my car, whilst pouring it in at the top. Then eventually they agreed there was a coolant and fuel problem. Ordered a part which was supposedly meant to fix the problem! Long story short they had my car for over 3 weeks, placed a jubilee clip on the coolant pipes to slow the leak down. I took the car to Mercedes directly who showed me and sent a report that showed Hadens placed a bloody jubilee clip on the coolant pipes. Anyways Nav the manager promised a refund. Now he’s denying his garage did what Mercedes have claimed. Also the fuel leak they said they fixed clearly wasn’t as it failed an MOT done at Halfords, for having a major fuel leak. All I want is my money back. Instead they ignore my calls, refuse to acknowledge work they’ve done. It actually disgusting. Maybe if I was a man i’d have been treated better in this garage. Honestly don’t be fooled by the 5* reviews, there’s obviously a reason they’re no longer with the motor ombudsman.

First time visiting Hadens today for a service. I must say- I am very pleased with the customer service. Fast efficient service, experienced staff and very friendly. If you’re looking for a top notch service on your car at a reasonable price then look no further get yourselves to Hadens. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

These guys are top notch. Highly recommended to me by a close family friend. I spoke to Nasir who is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me with a very good costing on my Merc CLA B3 service and also identified the issue we had with steering wheel vibrating when the brakes were applied. This issue was identified very quickly and brake pads and discs ordered and fitted at a very good price for the next day. No nonsense and no pressure. The car drives like new and to top it off, the car was valeted before being picked up. Overall excellent, fantastic communication and cannot fault them.
