Fantastic massage. Very skillful and knowledgeable. They have helped me with an ongoing nerve issue in my back / neck. They seem to really care about improving your quality of movement. The massage has helped with the healing process, and reduced pain. I have tried other massages locally but this is the best by far.

I had a deep thai massage and after a second massage noticed that areas of muscle tightness had significantly reduced. The ladies were extremely professional and very pleasant - they continually ask if you are comfortable during the treatment. I will continue to visit fortnightly and can recommend their services - try it!!!

Had reflexology here today, after a bike ride the previous day had left me feeling very sore.Pai was lovely and the massage was amazing, although I had some knots in my calves and as she tried to ease them, I was crying out in pain (I felt bad for the guy who was in the next treatment room :-)). The massage was so good, once we got past the painful bit and I felt much lighter as I left.I've had lots of massages in UK and in Thailand, some good, some bad, but this was great, so good, that I've already booked to go back.I felt much lighter and relaxed when I left. I recently had the Deep Tissue Massage. I didn't tell the ladies where my problem areas were, but they were quick to find them. For the last 12 month, I had pain very deep in my left hip when stepping up/down, which caused a limp and I had muscle deterioration in my leg.After working their magic, I've noticed a big improvement and can feel the muscles working again. My gait has improved and alot less pain in my hip.I was unable to turn my head due to tension and pain in shoulders/neck, i was hunched up. Again, this was quickly spotted, worked on and what a difference!My lower back muscles were manipulated and its never felt this good for years!I can actually stand up straight again, shoulders down/back. Absolutely amazing!Yes, it hurt in bits... but only to be expected for this type of massage. The ladies are strong and very professional. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

Possibly the best massage I've ever had and know I'll feel the benefits over the next few days. Targeted all my problem spots and although uncomfortable at times it's the knowledgeable service you do not get at bigger spas. Will definitely return

I had a deep tissue massage, and it was he most thorough massage I have ever had; found every tight muscle I had and you could tell I had not had a massage in a long time. Deep tissue isn’t for everyone and many who offer it don’t really do it, but she was so good at getting into the muscles , I have never had one quite like it and have already booked to go again, really impressed
