Visited the store on a busy Saturday afternoon to return some cat food I bought in error. This was no trouble for Kerstyn who was accommodating of my request and knowledgable in recommending alternative, more suitable products. Yes it’s a good shop and the staff are nice, however somethings are expensive what you can get for a fraction of the price just a few shops down in B&M. Also the hamster and rodent care, staff advice and the things they sell for them just aren’t all good. Please research before hand.

Very good experience today. Placed an order on line to pick up got a txt within 5 mins. Went to pick it up and got there and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They brought the order to the checkout and everything had been picked. Couldn't complain 5* service

Disgusting. Dead fish in all their tanks, all fish look horribly sick. When i told the cashier the poor girl said she was trying to sort it out but the management told her to leave it for tomorrow" not going back. Do not buy fish here."
