Amazing! Cannot recommend enough. Jack sorted two beautiful suits for my husband and his best man for our wedding. In just a few months since they have been worn again and again. Truly beautiful suits! The in store experience is relaxed and enjoyable, you can take all the time in the world to make everything just as you want it. Jack was so helpful, added all the thoughtful little touches and made our time to be honest. Cannot thank him enough

Outstanding service time after time. I have been a client for many years and have had many beautifully crafted suits made from luxurious fabrics. Jack’s attention to detail is superb and he ensures perfect fit each time. Due to Jack’s extensive knowledge and personal approach, I have now branched out into Clements and Church’s tailored casual collection with custom made denim jeans, knitwear, polo shirts, made to measure overcoats and sneakers to create a truly unique wardrobe.

What an amazing find. A place with old school values and service, not often found these days, but also with a modern outlook. These guys really know their stuff and nothing is too much of a problem, what gents. I am based in London but will certainly pay them a visit when I am back in Birmingham.

Great selection of textiles and tailoring services in Birmingham. Got an amazing made to measure 2 piece suit and a jacket, and loving the fit.Eddie was so helpful in giving me great choice of fabrics and he excelled in his customer relations skills.Will definitely be a regular customer of theirs! The level of service and expertise the guys offer is exceptional, and unfortunately seems to be missing in retail these days. I recently came in to see Jack for a suit, for my brothers graduation, and really made whole experience memorable ahead of a special day. The suit turned out perfectly. He listens to what you want and what it’s for, whilst using he’s expertise knowledge in tailoring.Will definitely be back to see Jack without a doubt.

Really excellent service and overall just a very enjoyable experience as a visit to a professional tailors should be. Big thanks to both Jack and Eddie, in particular Eddie for sharing his expertise and demonstrating great knowledge on aspects of a suit jacket I hadn't really considered in the past ;) Highly recommend a visit to anyone working on Colmore Row and beyond.
