Brilliant service from the English Lamp Post guys especially David. We ordered three matching lamp posts with one accompanying wall light for above the front door. The quality is superb. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re local to Shropshire. Nice café too.

Really outstanding craftsmanship, we visited their show areas in Shropshire as we wanted to speak to the blacksmith with regards to some alterations to a lamp post frog collar and lantern. Paul was very accommodating and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit, there is much more than lamp posts and lanterns on display, also they have a small café and sculpture park on site which is free to looking around and perfect if waiting a couple of hours for work to be completed as we did.

The quality of both the service and product was excellent. We purchased a Copper lantern to fit an existing lamp post. The fitting was simple. (We employed a qualified Electrician). The build quality of the item is superb and bulb replacement couldn’t be easier to do.The price was also surprising with the style and fabrication work involved , it truly is excellent value.Thankyou ELP &Co it’s good to have high quality products and service from a British company.RegardsBill StewartWest Yorkshire.

Decent products but VERY POOR customer service. I've expressed interest in a product that is unavailable for 3 months, but customers are never notified if the product will be replenished. I've been checking the site for 3 months and there is no updated information on when the product will be available. The manager of the team was absolutely useless and would not even let me speak when I tried to explain how the process of ordering out of stock materials did not work for customers.

I ordered a post box from Bens Country Forge, it was a really lovely, high quality post box. Unfortunately the colour wasn't quite right for me but Ben was brilliant, his customer service was top notch and he's offered a full refund. I'm really disappointed I couldn't keep it, apart from the colour, it was exactly what I was looking for.

We bought two beautiful Dorchester Pillar Lamps for the entrance to our property and are absolutely delighted with the quality of these products. The service provided by this company is excellent. Excellent customer service provided by David, I am also very impressed with the quality of the product and the effort that was made to make sure everything was included for a smooth installation, I would pick out the hand made wooden template that was included for drilling holes for the base, super work.
