We had our brothers wake on Monday and I have to say David and his team did not disappoint .Very professional under sad circumstances.Service was always with a warm smile , the buffet they put on was amazing!Plenty of it and a great choice.Thank you so much for making our day easier with your kindness .The Perfit Family xxx

good value for money but it is what it is . its just pub grub so dont expect country dining . clean pub friendly staff

Nice food, turkey roast meat was very watery/ soft. Gammon egg n chips was great and the 8oz steak was very nice. If having roast dinner stay away from turkey and have beef. Only other down point was no Ales on draft. Pub was nicely decorated.

Pub has recently been refurbished. Most impressed. Nice atmosphere. Food good value for money. One criticism was we had to wait a little too long to be served but I would recommend it and we will certainly be going back.

Nicely done out pub, aimed as a sports bar. No draft ales which was a disappointment. Food was nice but incredibly slow. Nearly an hour for 2 sandwiches during a quiet lunchtime. Service was spotty.

I really love here, it’s quiet and the staff are always kind and friendly. They’ve been helpful when we’ve wanted to host a birthday party and there’s always someone to answer the phone when we have an enquiry. The portion sizes are really good in comparison to other pubs in the area and the food is tasty. The decor is quite modern and they have quite a few cushioned seats that give it a homey feel. My friend, who is a sports fan, loves the fact that they have sky sports and live sporting events but would want more tvs lol

Beautifully refurbished, the new Cat and Fiddle looks great, the food is fantastic and the team are super friendly. Great location and atmosphere, looking forward to visiting again!
