Don't bother buying from them. Got a twin pram in December, the lock broke and seat. Had repaired and then the same problem happened again and I haven't had a refund yet.

Ordered a car seat on Sunday with “next working day delivery” what a scam! And it’s still not here, 0 contact from courier or anyone and today is Wednesday! Shouldn’t state something on the website when you can’t fulfil it.

Major disappointment with the Cosatto brand. We bought two strollers, the Giggle 2 and then the Woosh XL. On the first one, one of the rear wheels broke (the plastic snapped). Despite being under warranty and several people experiencing the same issue, it was difficult to get it repaired, but we managed to. On the second pushchair, after 2 years of occasional use, the rear lower bar of the chassis broke on one side. We tried to claim the warranty, but no response. We used a strap to fix it. A few months later, the other side of the bar broke. Another attempt - no response. We used the same strap to hold everything together. Then, after 1 year, the elbow" on the side

I bought this stroller for our upcoming trip abroad and because of its size..lA nice stroller that fits nicely in the car boot and on my hall entrance. Although it's quite compact the seating is spacious.Easy one hand fold and unfold and very light to carry.The only downside it that the back seat is not fully upright but that is not a problem for my toddler as he likes holding the ramp and looking around. That was also mentioned on the reviews so I knew about it before I purchase the stroller.Really nice big hood which protects from the sun and rainAnd quite spacious storage basket underneathOverall very happy with my purchase and my 22 month son seems to be enjoying it.

It's a great product but the shipping company doesn't deserve anything.Two days ago DPD refused to move our order upstairs as we live on the third floor and left without delivery.I was at work, the DPD delivery man shamelessly asked my 8 months pregnant wife to carry the product to 3 floors. This conversation is recorded on the ring camera at our door.I made a VIP appointment 2 days later and paid an extra 9.99pound to the DPD company. They brought our order and left it downstairs again. It's like we're forcing them to do the job.

I have the giggle 2 in 1 travel system from Cosatto and it is amazing. I love that the carrycot converts to a seat as your baby gets older which saves so much space. It so well padded and comfortable, really luxurious! It is really lightweight, easy to push and such a smooth ride. As you will see from my photographs, its good on all kinds of terrain. It also folds down like a dream which is so important for me. I have the lunaria design, the colours are just beautiful and my baby boy is absolutely mesmerised by the pattern and makes cooing noises and appears so happy when looking at it. Beautfiul travel system and the car seat is also so good, and comes with adaptors to attach it to the pram. Everyone comments on my pram when im out walking. I highly recommend this and you wont be dissapointed.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Their 4 year warranty is an absolute scam. Over two months I’ve waited for my pushchair to be collected that I can not use due to an issue with the seat. They have arranged collection numerous times and firstly sent the courier to the wrong address, then the courier failed to arrive at all and low and behold the 3rd time they arranged the collection was with the same courier they seem to be having problems with ending with no collection of my pushchair. If they actually cared about customers they would definitely find a quicker, easier way to collect items under ‘warranty’ so they can be fixed in a timely fashion. Despite all these issues, there has been no resolution and I am stuck with an expensive pushchair that can no longer be used. They really should have better customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I needed a stroller for my little boy to go to nursery in and I loved the colourful design on the Supa Go Spectroluxe. When it arrived I fell in love with it straight away. It handles so well, easily folded down and I love the pocket in the hood and the fact that you can unzip it and the hood pulls really far down to protect them from the elements. I've only tried the raincover once (I know, shock horror with the British summer) but it fits well. I also got it for a bargain price of less than 50 pound which I was very chuffed with. I've recommended it to so many friends and people comment on it when we're out and about. Thank you

I bought this chair for my 3year old girl which has travel sickness so we need to sit her in the front seat. I have to say it's very comfy chair and my daughter loves it.We bought second car seat for our newborn as well. 360 spin. Absolutely love it!! For me as a mum it's very important to see my baby at all the times, with this chair I can spin her around and sit her the way I need. With Cosatto you can't be wrong!!!Quick delivery.

Bought the wow XL from Cosatto and for a while it was great I loved the colour of it and it worked for what I needed it for which was for my 16 mouth old and my newborn I've only used it for 5 months and noticed the bar had bent at the joint so my partner contacted cosatto and they took the frame to see if it was a manufacturing issue (it wasn't a year old so should be under normal warrenty) they have claimed that it wasn't a manufacturing issue and have refused to fix it and have asked us to purchase a new frame which is over £200 which if this issue isn't a manufacturing issue it's a design flaw. Now need to look for a new buggy as I'm scared this one will break fully while I'm out with my kids.
