Rang today with regards to rollator to have an advisor with a attitude problem. I spoke to them respectfully but he didn't seem bothered in taking my issue on board until i asked if he needed details. Asked for supervisor to be told they wasn't in. This makes me not want to ring and put a issue forward when hit with this attitude. This is second time I have had this problem off a member of staff. I expect to be spoken to in a different manner. Will hopefully have no problems again.

Substantial premises now located in the Clarence Dock area - follow the Royal Armouries signs to get pretty close. If you need to collect or return equipment yourself it is worth noting that the delivery entrance is on Carlisle Road - not on Clarence Road. There is a large black electronic gate with an entryphone attached to it. Friendly staff.

Equipment arrived promptly and well in time for hospital discharge. I had to make 2 phone calls to the office and both times I was dealt with in friendly and helpful wayThank you

I have been in touch with leeds equipment services to collect some things from my mother's flat. So far it's still there. They just cancel & don't bother to come

I received a replacement pressure relief mattress on 14/02/22. Everyone who assisted me could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful. When a member of staff said they would call me back to keep me updated they did. The delivery staff made the delivery and collection at a time suitable for me and removed the packaging and took it away, so I did not have to deal with it. Great customer service!
