Cheap, easy, no need to call anyone, great app, EU roaming included (all be it with some complexity I'm not sure you really need)... Nothing to complain about at all. Wish I'd switched ages ago.

Really fair pricing and stable connection (even abroad while roaming). Overall a wide coverage of countries where you can use roaming under the UK conditions (same volume of mobile data etc.).

Easy to join, hard to leaveThe worst mobile company I have ever encountered in my life. I do not recommend this company to anyone , their appealing cheap prices is followed by uncertainty and lies when you want to cancel your plan. When I received my sim card it was flimsy and broke the moment I put it in. I was not able to use my sim card for 3 months and they still kept charging me after numerous requests via call to cancel the plan. Warning: they hang up on you when you request cancellation! The first time I called the lady said it takes 30 days to cancel and to pay last month of £10 ( my monthly plan) she did not cancel the plan as I had to recall today to sort it out properly and payed £20. Moral of the story: do not waste your money with ID mobile!

Fairly priced but not worth is network coverage is awful. I’m enrolled in a 2 year contract and my service is non existent 60% of the time. It’s nearly impossible to contact a real person at customer service.Big mistake changing service provider!

I chose to move to ID for the price, which was a great deal that my previous provider couldn't compete with. ID have also been fantastic service and everything has been so straightforward, from porting my number over to cashing in my old phone. No problems.

Easy to start an account and even easier to swap my number over. Low cost for a great amount of data. We get coverage in pretty much all the same places as we did with more expensive providers. Love the data rollover which we never got with the more expensive providers.

I recently switched to iD Mobile and I’m so glad I did! The customer service is fantastic and the coverage is great. I’ve had no issues with my phone or plan and I’m really happy with the price. I have recommended to my wife that has also joined after me and I would definitely recommend iD Mobile to anyone looking for a new phone plan!

Moved over to iDmobile from Three and the experience was excellent. 5g coverage (using Three) and speeds are way better than the other networks. The price is good and the roaming allowance is more generous than others.

Very good service and cheaper than most other providers. Not had any issues with coverage yet. App works a lot better than my previous provider's which is one of the biggest in UK. Overall very happy and glad I finally switched.
