Our little lady needed a quick operation due to an accident with a fishing hook. Straight in and home the same day. Fantastic and efficient service from all involved. She is absolutely fine now.

They looked after the kit. To be honest after his first couple of visits he was really keen to get back in his carry bag for the follow up. He probably just thought it was a little holiday to see some nice people. Look at that silly cat.Seriously though, really high quality and professional service.

Our beloved Whippet, Ptolemy,has been looked after by Tower Vets for many years. Sadly in December 2017 he was given a terminal diagnosis. However, against all odds he lived until earlier this month when he was given his eternal rest by Alicia in a memorably dignified procedure. He was never in pain, some discomfort very occasionally, but with kind & professional Alicia regularly checking him & prescribing necessary medications, together with our constant love and care he enjoyed many more exciting holidays in Northumberland ,which he enjoyed so much. The last time was in March, and he seemed to rally considerably once he caught a sniff of the sea, as he always did.This final visit was the right thing to do, at absolutely the right time, though it never feels that way does it ? Alicia assured us that he would very shortly have been in a sorry way, and that we could never have borne.He was chomping on his favourite treats , being fussed and adored right up until his last minutes. We were able to be beside him throughout the awful process, even as we were all observing the correct social distancing rules and were outside in the car park,which was much better than being in Alicia's surgery anyway as fond of her as Ptolemy was, he didn't exactly leap up those steps when we visited ! The sun was shining, the birds singing and it was incredibly peaceful .I will never be able to thank Tower Vets enough for their genuine love, compassion, professionalism and empathy throughout these last few years. Alicia is a lovely person and a hugely competent vet who always went above and beyond to ensure that our darling boy was able to take advantage of anything which could help him cope so stoically. He was such a gentleman in every way, noone who met him would say otherwise.My heart is broken, our home has lost its soul and I my soulmate.

Wonderful first experience taking my dog in for his welcome health check. The vet was thorough and friendly and I felt we were in safe hands.

I had a springer Bertie with bacterial dermatitis who saw the same vet every month for almost a year. We lost him after taking him to the emergency pet hospital. When I saw the vet he cried with me. I have a 15 year old springer Bobo who is on monthly injections, the staff and kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I also have a 5 year old cockerpoo who is treated beautifully to ensure he isn't scared to go and see them. I would highly recommend Tower vets. Xxx

Horrendous.Edit : taking these guys to court for having a vet that does not have a clue what they are talking about. I went to minster vets and they referred me a to a specialist. My dogs condition is so much better and getting better every day.I will be in touch for a refund of every penny you took from me. I will spend alot of money just to take you guys to court if not.Unbelievable
