Quick and efficient service overall

Paid £250 for them to repair my tv, they returned it and it still had the same fault so I asked them to come back and take it back in.They then said they had tested it and nothing wrong with it. Brought it back and funnily enough the same fault was still there. Told them it was still there and said they would have a look again but if they still couldnt fix it they would have to charge me again.Charged me £250 to repair a tv that came back with the same fault and they werent interested. They said they would have another look at it but if they couldnt find a fault they would charge me again, and as they couldnt find the fault the first time (after insisting they had tried everything) then they were either trying to take advantage of me or hadnt tested it propely in the first place.

The repair service provided was quick and affordableThe provided me a collection service and repaired within the quote given and delivered within the advised time spanTherefore no complaints
