Packmoor Pharmacy

I was told by my gp practice to attend this pharmacy as I had an insect bite on my hand. I was seen by the pharmacist, Richie who was by far one of the nicest person I have ever met. He gave me clear and precise information about my diagnosis and was extremely polite and courteous.

This has got to be one of the best chemist in Staffordshire. They are welcoming, friendly. Prescription s always ready. They go above and beyond to dispensing the item s . Well done.

I was asked to attend Packmoor pharmacy to receive my pill checkup, by my GP. This worked ideally for me as its more local than my GP and is a drop in service meaning i could work this into my schedule easily.When I entered the pharmacy there was a great range of day to day items available as well as all the usual medications easily in sight. I was seen to quickly and staff were very friendly.Richie/ lead pharmacist, was professional and informative throughout the assessment and it was great to have a private room to discuss the pill check up requirements.Richie went above and beyond to find a stock of my pill and put in a future plan to change over once i require more. I felt fully supported and comfortable with the service and believe that the staff deserve some recognition for this. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Just been to the Packmoor Pharmacy to try and get some help for my wife. Just called in on spec and able to see the duty pharmacist who was brilliant. He did the consultation immediately and even managed to speak to a doctor at our surgery and sorted the meds out, all within within half an hour from start to finish! The team are great and we are so grateful.

I have visited on 2 occasions and the pharmacist has been extremely helpful with minor ailments for my grandaughter. Staff are polite and friendly

Booked my Farther in for Covid jab,really rude woman obsesing about his postcode that he couldn't remember (he's 78) and then asked which arm he said the right and she put it in his left (go figure).Also he had two walking sticks because of his bad legs and she never even offered a seat even though you can clearly see he struggles with his legs.Anyway his friend managed to tell them the postcode because he happened to be there having his done,but both have had really really bad pain in the injection area so much so one needed the hospital.and this is my dads 4th jab no problem with any of the others.No way I'm booking here again.Really disapointed that they can't accomadate older folks and get so many things wrong.
