Absolutely incredible! Bought 2nd hand bicycle in very good condition at decent price. I really appreciate co-operation given by staff members. Really happy with my purchase. Do checkout if you are looking for 2nd hand bicycles or wanna do satisfied repairs.

Wish I’d found this place sooner! Popped in on the off chance they could help with my bikes rather flat tyres. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the guys name but he was super lovely and knowledgeable. Sorted my tyres out in no time and cycling is now a dream! Such a fantastic initiative with really lovely people working there.

I truly recommend coming here to get your bike repaired. I had a flat tyre and after hours of attempting to fix it myself I gave up and decided to come to this place. The main guy wasn't around but Mark was kind enough to help me. He showed me how to fix it and he was so helpful and friendly. He even trusted me enough to let me go without paying and for me to transfer the payment later on. This is honestly a great community bike project and I truly recommend people donate to these guys. It’s a great cause and the help they're providing is priceless. I only wish there would be more places like this. Thank you so much!

I took my bike here for a pretty simple job. I wanted my old Pace RC35 forks removed and the original Raleigh Dynatec forks and quill stem re-fitted. I don't have the tools for this job.I picked up the bike and was given an “advisory” that my rear mech wouldn't drop down below the middle of the cassette. Bit strange as it was working when I took it in.Rode in to Kingston after I picked it up. The handlebars had not been sufficiently tightened and it gave me a bit of a start when they started rotating!Obviously a bit dangerous to have loose handlebars when your cycling down the road!So I gave the bike the once over the next morning.1. Loose Handlebars2. Rear mech cable incorrectly routed round the steerer tube3. Front wheel refitted the wrong way (directional tyre)4. Rear mech needing re-indexing.5. Bell missingI just sorted the bad work out myself but did get annoyed that my bell was missing.I went back to get my bell. And to his credit the manager offered me a full refund on the job. But as this is a community/social enterprise I said I don't want a refund I just want my bell back. The manager said come back on Tuesday when the bloke who worked on the bike would be in. I did this. The bloke was confrontational asking why I had left it so long to come back. Then he said that it was impossible that he could have left bell off (so I guess that must mean I was lying for some unknown reason, despite having turned down a full refund), he just wasn't having any of it.... the assumption that my gears not indexing properly must be because I'm a numpty who can't maintain a bike, rather than looking at his own work says something.I had to leave as I don't handle confrontation too well and I was losing patience. After all I had only gone in to get my property back. The mechanics ego is none of my concern.I went back the following week and was told to come back on the Monday. Went back the following Saturday and still no bell. Not so focused on the bell really (although I would have liked it back) more on the ego of the mechanic who did such a poor job and then wouldn't “own” his work. If you can't accept that you may make mistakes, or learn anything how can you improve?I have been left feeling that somehow it is my fault that the situation arose. All I did was take my bike in for a simple job.Of course I now have to get the fork bearings re done somewhere else too as I can't risk them locking when I'm riding. You have to think if they can't even tighten handlebars up will the head set/steerer bearings be safe?

My 22-year old hybrid bike feels like new! I had a Silver Service and some parts replaced (including a wheel) for only £155. Money well spent to get years' more use of my old but solid bicycle. Friendly guys and quick too. We have also donated an old bicycle and bought two refurbished bicycles, and are very happy with them.

Nice people, expensive but justifiable since the mechanic did an very good job, (although for £140 it would have been a nice touch to check the tyre pressure I had to ride home on a semi flat!). 4/5 because communication and organisation wasn’t quite on the same level as the handiwork. Would still recommend.

I bought my bike from Full cycle maybe 8 years ago when it was at Eco-op and it's still going strong today and I try to make sure that all my bike maintenance work gets done here.Full cycle is everything a great community business should be. Gary and the team care deeply about bikes and making sure that they get used more widely. Not only do they care about bikes but this translates into caring about people and the work they do with the community really does make a difference.I urge anyone in the Kingston area who has a bike to make sure to pay Full Cycle a visit and support this amazing initiative

Absolutely delighted with the bike we bought for my daughter from Full Cycle. What a brilliant project. Staff were friendly and helpful not only with choosing the bike but adjusting it to fit. Will definitely be back

I went along to the level 1 bike maintenance course this evening and it was brilliant!! There was just 3 of us there so Gary and Callum were able to answer all our questions individually.I am a completely beginner and they explained everything really clearly. I am now confident about fixing a puncture by myself which has always been something that's terrified me previously!Highly recommend attending one of these trainings sessions to boost confidence.Thank you both, I will be back for level 2 soon :)
