If I could leave less than one start I WOULD!!! UNHELPFUL!Wouldn’t recommend this place in the slightest!!!! Handed my car in in July to get the engine fixed was told 6-8 weeks max (it’s now basically November) was given the car back and paid for to find out it still has all the same issues. Took back to get “fixed” again. Drive away to get engine warnings etc come up. Full time they had the car had no contact what so ever to keep me updated. Was told multiple times I’d receive a call back every time I asked for an update weekly, not once did I receive one. For the first 3 full month of having the car it wasn’t touched or even looked at untill bombarded by myself and my full family who also never once received a call back the car is STILL broke. There’s also a puncture in the back tyre that wasn’t there when I handed the car in 4 months ago. Received the car back 14 weeks later the car is still in the same state it was after charging me £1000+ to drive an unsafe car. Three days after getting the car back the engine light came on it said it was over heating and has no oil after charging me for oil in the car in the price. I took it back he said it was a faulty oil switch apparently, only to drive it 2 days later and it say the engines over heating stop the car 4 times in the space of an hour. Apparently ran tests and the car for a while to make sure it was okay. It’s not! Might I add that weekly when I asked for an update I was told the man working on it was either on holiday for a week or off sick EVERY WEEK!!! Beyond a joke!

Truck point is a fantastic company who go out there way to fix your vehicle as quickly as possible and don't charge you over the odds prices first class company I wouldn't use any other garage while I own a vehicle
