Excellent van hire, booked from them 3 times already in the past year or two. All the people working there are great! Super efficient. You won’t regret hiring a van from them.

We had a great experience using these guys. The staff were really friendly, the van was immaculate and only a year old. We only used the luton van for 24 hours for doing the big stuff in a house move. But picking it up and dropping it off was really easy. We picked it up at 8am and dropped it the following day at 7:30am. A really slick operation!!! Looking at the yard you can see they have in the last 2/3 years invested in a brand new fleet of vans of all sizes.

Coventry branch are useless. Drove 20mile round trip for the guy to have no record of my booking, which was only made the day before. Unprofessional and incompetent.

What's good guys, I have to say this is an easy 5 Stars for ABC, a great example of business done very well.My first call to get a quote was very easy, the attendant was aware of their inventory and prices. I got a decent quote, (factor in milage, they charge 20p per mile after 100 miles then its an okay quote). Booking was also very easy, I was told what to bring on the day (drivers licence, proof of address, debit card) and I paid the deposit.On the day, I will say finding the park could have been easier with better signage, also the reception is a brown and black cabin which also has no signs on it. However when I got in Matt at reception gave great service, great communication and was very very efficient. I signed all the appropriate paperwork and my short wheel base van was waiting for me outside.The van was clean (this may be a running theme, but I think whatever service you offer cleanliness should be a given. I was walked through the ins and out of the van and expected to bring it back as is.I did think that I would struggle driving the diesel vw van but after 5mins I was fully accustomed. The van was very easy to drive, kitted with assist cruise control with stop and go was very helpful.Returning the van was also a very easy process, I filled up the tank, clean it up, we took a walk around the van to check for any bumps or damage and 5 minutes later I was on my way. Received my deposit back less the excess milage costs the following day.Great service, No complaints.

Hired a van for 10 day period, Van was in very good clean condition.On return the van was inspected with a fine tooth comb which I had no issue with as I new I had not damaged it. They however found two external marks not picked up when it went out. After searching back through a few months of previous hires they found the marks logged. A very uncomfortable situation they put you in as the assumption was you had caused this. Great they log it but missed it on 4 hires before mine!They also found scuffs from strapped flightcases rubbing on the bulkhead... £244 Charged for using the van to do what you do in vans!!Great if your only moving cardboard boxes!!
