The Floor Room - Within John Lewis Reading

I have always used John Lewis when I need a job done well and good customer service.However the new flooring has really been hard work. They have forgotten to send samples, have not returned my calls and I also I was not confident in the advice they gave. Also there really are not enough samples in the shop to look at I understand they have a lot but think they could have provided more to look at. I was really shocked.

Knowledgable staff and a great selection. Came in looking at Hardwood flooring for my new kitchen however after talking to the staff i’m leaning towards Luxury Vinyl due to its durability. My god flooring has advanced over the years and these guys lead the way!

Popped by the new Floor Room in Reading today for some advice on laminate vs solid wood flooring. I found the staff welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable and stayed much longer than I expected to. I came away with some great ideas and will definitely be popping back with my wife at the weekend.
