Well-Being With Alison

I was fortunate enough to have been gifted a lovely 90 minute ayurvedic pregnancy massage with Alison for my birthday. I'd never had an ayurvedic massage before, much less at 36 weeks pregnant, but she was so welcoming and instantly put me at ease. She explained different aspects of the treatment and how best we could tailor it to suit my needs. After 90 minutes of pampering, I floated out of the door. I can safely say the hour and a half I was there was the most comfortable I've been in several months. I won't hesitate to recommend Alison's services to my friends and will be booking again for some solo treatments post-partum. Really lovely of her to check in with me the day after too!
