Absolutely amazing, my phone had water damage while on holiday in a pool and was completely ruined, the lovely fella in the shop fixed it in only a few hours. Its like a new phone and recovered everything. So pleased and cannot thank him enough. He is a real gem. Definitely recommend. So polite and money well spent. Thanks a million x

Took my daughters bent and smashed iPhone in with little hope of it being salvageable but was met with a brilliant service and within 40 minutes, new screen fitted and even showed us how to bypass the volume buttons which were damaged.Excellent, thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service ☆☆☆☆☆Cannot praise enough. Friendly, warm, kind customer service. The shop is prestine, service is top quality, really good prices and very fast service. He even borrowed me a spare phone whilst mine was repaired. Superb! Thank you very much, would highly recommend :)

So helpful! My phone got ran over so was pretty busted up. They had the screen fixed within an hour which was incredibly quick, but then when I found out the phone itself wasn’t working, they spent the next 2 days doing everything they could to fix it. Even lending me a spare phone!In the end the phone was not fixable but I took my new one in and was helped to transfer everything over. Such a massive help so thank you!

Mohammad was very helpful in repairing my phone screen which was badly cracked. He did it within a few hours and also gave a reduction on a screen protector. He was also very polite a reasonable. But mod importantly, it looks brand new.

Nice guy. Bought headphones and one ear wasn’t working. I then took them back and they were happily exchanged. They also have an array of disposable vapes at competitive prices!

I took my phone in to see if it could be repaired after accidentally breaking the rear glass ( new IPhone 11).The service was efficient, informative, honest and excellent! Having been quoted for exorbitant repairs at other mainstream phone shops or recommend I replace it, the repair was £60, done on site and ready within 5 hours. They also stock an excellent selection of cases and tempered glass coverings at very reasonable prices which I took advantage of.Overall, I would highly recommend A Phone Shop Ltd in Sudbury.

Called in today around 10am with my Xiaomi Note 10 Pro phone which needed the charging port replaced. By 12 noon it was all done and dusted and it now works fine. Excellent service, I'll be back if I need anything elso done.
