If I could give zero stars I would the attitude from the delivery driver was awful to start, I live in a multi story building he told me on the phone I’d have to come down he’s not allowed in hed have to ring his manager baring in mind they have previously come to my flat door and delivered, I have a 2yr old ( single parent) which i can’t leave while I go down and get pizza!! I then got a second call from the manager from the shop who stated to me they can’t enter the building because due to health and safety they weren’t insured for stairs and lifts …( is this even a thing) even after informing him of my situation he wasn’t bothered, absolutely disgraceful it’s called delivery for a reason and nothing stated on there website about new regulations about this even for covid. Keep the money and enjoy the pizza clearly more important than the service or worth leaving a child unattended!!!!!

Ordered a Pizza and Wings through the website at 6.10pm, the delivery slot was supposed to be 7.30pm, I called the store at 7.45pm, I was assured that it would arrive in 15mins, I called again 30mins later and they said it had been delivered, it had not I was told it would be with me in 15 mins, I had to chase it up 4 more times, each time being told it would be 15mins, it eventually arrived at 9.45pm. I filled in the complaints form on the website and have had no reply, I will not be using Domino's again as their competitors are so much more reliable.

Ordered delivery and collections from here. Piping hot food. Ordered last night. Pizza boxes had smiley faces on them. Nice touch.

Lovely visit to Domino’s this evening. Kevin was fab who served us. He did get our order wrong but was an easy fix with professional staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pizza which did not arrive, despite the app tracker telling me it had been delivered. After an hour I tried to call the branch but no one answered the phone. I rang three times.Then I rang the neighbouring branch, and someone answered but fobbed me off, saying that the delivery time was fifteen minutes longer than I'd been waiting, and if it hadn't arrived then to call back. Fifteen minutes passed, no pizza. Called the neighbouring branch and now they're not answering the phone either.After two hours I called a third branch, and finally got someone who seemed interested in offering customer service. He contacted the manager of the original branch, who apparently wasn't at work but assured him the pizza should have been delivered." I told him to give my number to the manager of the original branch so he could call me to resolve this. Never got a phone call. Never got the pizza. Complained on the Domino's website and never got any response.All in all

Today, I ordered pizza from here for an organised meeting but was disappointed with the quality of food and the poor service from the team members working today!Firstly the app never informed me the food was ready, when I came to collect it a side was missing and when I informed this there was no apology but give me the missing item.I asked for some sellotape to seal the pizza boxes as was walking a few miles but told they did not have any!

Terrible service tonight. Ordered and selected a time for pickup. Once we got there, we were told to wait as it wasn’t ready - even though it was on the screen showing ‘Ready’’. 20 mins later another guy asked us what we wanted and why we were here! As expected, we got our pizza and it was cold! Poor poor service!

Service was poor at the till. The man on the till near enough grunted and barely listened while inputting the order on the till and I eventually ended up with an incorrect order. Also barley any cheese on the pizza. Should have asked for a tomato pizza with extra tomato as this dominos gives you.... tomato rather than cheese.

This place will do anything to not give you deals advertised. Current deal £12 for a large pizza. Window says buy one get one free on collections but tried to charge me nearly £50 for 4 pizzas because they're different offers".Luckily pizza hut is a little further up the road. They were happy to give me their deal of £9.99 for any size pizza."
