Arnold Clark Aberdeen Mazda

We drove a 120 mile round trip to test drive a car that it turns out, the dealer didn't even own - it was part of a part-exchange and the deal had yet to be confirmed. They were very apologetic and offered to top up our fuel tank to cover the cost of our wasted journey, which was much appreciated, but then refused to reserve the car for us so that we could return for a test drive when it was actually in their ownership. Since then, we can see it online and reserved by someone else. False advertising followed by the loss of a willing and keen buyer.

Bought a Mercedes-Benz A class from them, drove all the way up from Glasgow and discovered a dent on it that they decided to not tell me about. 2 days before the 6 month warranty expired the alternator went on the car and it was off road for 4 weeks. Had to fork out over 900 quid for a new one and that was with their very generous" 20% discount. Absolute shambles of a company who have been getting away with treating customers like mugs for far too long. Will never buy a car from them again."

Had a wee nosey for a new car yesterday morning and called to enquire. Spoke with Matthew who was fab. Fast and efficient answered all my questions and sorted everything for me. Ended up arranging to get my new car that day. GM Mark met with me for the hand over and between the two it was the quickest and easiest, stress free new car. So pleased with my new wheels. Absolutely Love Our Car we bought from Arnold Clark in Craigshaw Road in February 2023. Was Only browsing As you do when Dara Mckenzie introduced herself to us, she was an absolute gem & was not pushy or anything, filled us in on some details regarding what we needed to know about the car and arranged a test drive straight away and we fell in love with it right away. Going through the finance with her was a breeze & she made it for once very enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dara, Dan & the crew at the Craigshaw Branch. Highly Recommended. Bought our car many months ago but the spare 2nd key never arrived. Contacted several people to get this sorted but when spoken with Kevin the manager he picked up on the case and managed it prompty and we got our spare keys within 2 weeks. Great manager!

This should of been a 4 or 5 star review however we had a fault with our car which we notified within 4 days of ownership weeks went by and we were ignored eventually after I went in the car was booked in for repair.4 times the car went back for repair and each time it was starting all over again to resolve the issue, after stomping my feet a bit the car did get repaired however it still wouldn't actually pass a MOT due to the issue.My wife filled in the 'how did we do' form online and the very next day someone called Mike phoned me and said how unhappy he was that this still hasn't been resolved he told me he was going to phone my wife to arrange dropping off the car however once again this was never followed up and we was ignored.Have owned the car for 3 months now, this will be the last time we use any Arnold Clark branch.

Polite and friendly service overall from Arnold Clark , Mercedes , Dundee.. No pressure sale and fair price. Would recommend salesperson Nico Ross who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever. I bought a car from Aberdeen store and collected it from Solihull today.I went to do my taxi MOT just an hour after collection and realised that the car was so rusty. Body of the car looks great but so rusty underneath. I immediately took the car to Solihull to return it but I was asked to contact Aberdeen store.The store Manager at Aberdeen refused to answer my calls/ complaint and not even customer service was supportive. Its being a lot of back and forth today to return this vehicle. Now I have to contact a solicitor about this issue.Beware of Arnold clark,they don't even care if you are a regular customer as this is my second car with them.

bought a car that developed a fault within a week of purchasing it and don’t get me wrong they have offered to fix it which i was grateful for but after 8 attempts am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and lack of customer care, This Arnold Clark is a shambles, about 50 emails and two official complaints and still no further forward. Please don’t waste your time and avoid this Arnold Clark.Also please don’t reply with your silly message saying you are disappointed to hear this as Arnold Clark thrive in great customer service because you don’t.
