I attended Keri's post-natal support group, and I absolutely loved it. Keri has a very warm a welcoming presence. I felt at ease the moment I saw her, though it was a bit daunting meeting a group of complete strangers. The sessions were very well organised and put together, we met a wide variety of professionals to learn things and had time to truly connect with other mums.

I had a really positive experience and found the support and guidance offered to be really helpful. This group had a huge impact on me managing my mental health whilst navigating having a new baby. The ladies that host the sessions are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and understanding.
