Unreserved evening meal at Ibérica in Victoria with 3 others. Not a soul in the restaurant at 6pm on a Monday evening suggests this doesn’t get much passing trade as it’s set back off the Main Street and easily missed. Menu is all ‘a La Carte’ including the regional specials menu. Staff were pleasant and knowledgable about menu. All paella dishes take 45 minutes to cook but you are warned about this before you order. There were 3 items we ordered that weren’t available (1 drink and 2 food items) Sourdough bread that came as a starter was lovely as was the twice cooked lamb tapas. One of our dishes didn’t turn up so we had to request it was removed from the bill. I found the coca flatbread tough to eat on this mini pizza and the brava sauce on the Patatas Bravas was more like a cheap watery kebab chilli sauce and a let down. Food and drink is quite expensive and they stick 12.5% service on the bill right at the top (no where on the bill does it say it is discretionary so you feel obliged to pay it) £165 for bread, olives, a single alcoholic drink each and a few small plates of tapas. Atmosphere was nice when a few more people got in later on. Only two single cubicle toilets (one male, one female) for everyone to use. The competition in the area is stiff. Could be better.

Lovely atmosphere upstairs.Some staff were very confused, had to wave throughout the night to get service, they’ve no side vision. Eventually got up to walk over for what our table needed.Food very average and served slightly warm. Churros were very thin with chocolate which didn’t taste like nice full cream chocolate. Padron peppers was tasteless. Nice bread and olives and the olive oil tastes good quality.Dead bouquet at the front desk was bizarre.Very cold downstairs.

I was celebrating yesterday night my birthday in Iberica. I was expecting an amazing dinner but it was very dissapointed. The portions were ridiculous. We were 12 people and they put food for maybe 8 people maximum. We need to share everything and we finished hungry and angry.The starters for 12 people it was a totally joke. The food was good, the service too but they were very stingy with the food paying more than 50£ each. I feel very bad to celebrate my birthday here because it was very embarrasing, because all my friends were complaining all the time about the quantity of the food. I dont recommend at all this restaurant.

We very much enjoyed dining at Iberica! The paella was very good and very well cooked, would maybe suggest telling the restaurant in advance if you plan to order it as it takes a bit of time to cook (which obviously is a good sign and means it’s fresh!). We had the octopus, the croquetas and the churros and all were very nice. Nice atmosphere and nice location as well. Service is great. Would definitely recommend!

Had lunch here before our flight back to the US and everything was excellent. I inquired about a Starter menu item and the waitress made a recommendation on pairing it with another item. I loved that our waitress made this recommendation as it really emphasizes the server’s knowledge of the menu. Also, the Beef Meatballs and Juan Pedro Domecq were amazing. Given more time, I would have loved to try one of the Mains To Share. We had a wonderful dining experience and and a kind and professional waitress. Excellent!

I tried different tapas and chicken paella. The food was good. The staff can improve the service: we had to ask for the drinks, the order, the dessert. If you are looking for a quite place, avoid this one. It is very noisy. The bread is very good

We had 4 tapas, pan with tomatoes, hamon Serrano, artichoke and croquettes plus a dish of hake with potatoes. Everything was nice however it is expensive for the size of the portions. The service is attentive and nice interior.

Really enjoyed the Christmas tasting menu! The croquettes, iberian ham and patatas bravas were the highlights for me. The restaurant is beautiful too, and would be perfect for a special occasion.

We hosted a group of 12 people for a work related dinner here and I have to say that we very, very much enjoyed the evening. We had a 3-course-menu paired with high quality drinks and wine. Especially the starters and tapas were incredibly tasty and good! The service was very friendly and fast. Overall it was a great experience to eat here and we I can highly recommend this place - esp. if you want to host a bigger group. We will definitely come again! 5 stars!
