Drain was blocked leaving a flood outside my kitchen. I called Bristol Drain and Plumbing. Ross was with me the same day and cleared the blockage in minutes. Very polite, professional and speedy service. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Really great service - high level of professionalism and level of contact. Extremely quick on coming out after my initial call, too.My main soil pipe was up and running in no time at all after it had collapsed in the garden.Very competitive pricing, and Ross was able to get everything sorted before arriving based on the pictures that I sent across to him. Everything couldn't have been easier, and I'm glad I have their contact details stored for the future.It's also nice to have someone come to do a job that can make good conversation and offer great advice, too.Thank you.

Blocked / old ceramic drain bust.Came when he said he would. Gave me a worst case scenario price which was cheaper than everyone else. Stuck to budget throughout. Knowledgable. Nice guy. Communicated throughout. I got him to do a few extra bits while he was here which was really handy. He took it upon himself to contact Wessex water to fix a few things their end which saved me the hassle.Him and the guys cleaned up when they were done. Would happily recommend.

Bristol drain and plumbing are excellent. Ross went the extra mile with a complicated drainage issue we had. They located the problem and managed to fully resolve an issue that two other drainage specialists had failed to fix. We are very happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend Ross and his team. Knowledgable, hardworking, efficient and friendly.

BD&P guys just recently done a great job at our house replacing all the sewage pipes. Very professional, they explained everything that needed to be done and were quite fast. Way less messy than I expected. We didn't even need a skip. They were taking their shoes off when walking through the house and cleaned up nicely at the end. I'm well pleased. Highly recommended crew.

Ross came out at very short notice to inspect a blocked sewage drain and was very responsive and courteous.He advised we needed to call the water board to fix it and he kindly advised how to and didn’t charge for his time. Would definitely call again.

I can highly recommend Ross from Bristol Drains. I had a problem with my drains, wasn’t sure quite what. Ross attended the same day I contacted him & diagnosed. He returned a day later to fix; quite a big job lifting a patio slab & digging out soil to find cracked & broken pipe. Replaced pipe, refilled hole & made good, & removed old pipes(which were full of clogged up sink debris). The price charged was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I’m very thankful that everything is running smoothly.
