Crusader Costume Hire

Awful customer service! It says on the website simply drop in so we did and were rudely turned away. It is apparently appointment only, it never used to be, they had computer screens in the shop that you could look at the costumes on and ask questions. OK it does say on the site appointment only but we didn't look as we have been there several times in the past. It does also say on the site 'simply drop in' see passage copied from site below.'Stunning costumes and services tailored to fit!We offer both costumes and accessories for hire and sale. Simply drop in or use our mail order service (contact us for details).They had a free slot in half an hour but they would not give it to us as we did not know what costume from their site we wanted! How would you know if it fitted anyway? Whatever the website says that is shocking customer service!
