Excellent - Very helpful & pleasant staff

Called this place today to see about getting a quote and design. The lady who answered the phone here could not of been more rude if she tried. Basically, couldn't wait to get off the phone, didn't take my name or number despite saying she would call back in half an hour. That was over six hours ago.Don't bother calling now love because if your design and fitting team are as appalling as your customer service, you really will have issues.Dreadful experience.

Quality kitchens from friendly people.

Couldn't of had a more different experience. Called yesterday and spoke to a very helpful informative salesperson and visited the store today on the back of the conversation. Met with director Lindi today who explained different finishes, options, CAD services etc and explained and demonstrated how all the appliances worked. Great showrooms. Looking forward to seeing the designs they produce.
