I had old wooden sash windows removed and new double-glazed PVC sliding sash installed by Bespoke Windows. The service was top rate from the initial sales meeting to the installation. Unlike the bigger companies they were always easy to get hold of, ask questions and iron out any queries. I would happily recommend Bespoke Windows.

Bespoke have fitted sash windows throughout our house – and we're incredibly happy with the results. The quality is great, and the windows look superb. Equally as impressive is the service and aftercare: Murray visited repeatedly to help us deal with an issue in one of our bays, even though it was the roof in the end, not the windows, that was the problem. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic windows and service. I would highly recommend Bespoke Windows. The windows have the traditional look we were after but all the benefits of 2022 window technology.We have now installed new windows throughout our victorian flat to replace the old single glazed windows. This has greatly improved the energy efficiency and sound proofing of our flat. We also installed a back door and they were kind enough to fit the cat flap too!Installation was very quick and the team are very professional. Considering the work, quality of windows and service I would say Bespoke Windows are very well priced. We look forward to enjoying these windows for years to come. Thank you Bespoke Windows!

I was looking to fit wooden windows for my flat in a Victorian building but could not afford it. Among other products, Bespoke windows offer very good quality PVC windows with internal wooden frame and the result and style of the windows will not let you down on your ambition for the style of your windows. Their windows look fantastic internally and externally to the point most people think they are actually wooden windows. The team is also very available to answer any questions and the fitting team was very professional. Bespoke Windows provided the most professional service we could have asked for. After feeling uneasy from 3 engagements with other Window fitting vendors, Bespoke Windows provided a consultative approach and they quickly earnt our trust. Below I have broken down some of the things we loved about their service.Pre-installation: quotes, measuring up & spending time to explain what choices we had available to us. Excellent comms throughout!Throughout installation: punctual, polite, quality of work, speed of completion.Post: Left our house very tidy, checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy.Our house is so much warmer now and it's incredible how little you can hear from outside (used to have single glazed).

I was nervous about who to instruct to replace ALL our deteriorating, single-glazed windows as there’s a lot of competition out there and it’s not easy to understand which product is best or who to trust to carry out a reliable and professional installation…with after-sales care in mind too.In total, we were looking to replace 11-sash windows (two-bay windows and five-single windows), along with two-large casement windows in the utility room and a small WC casement window in a four-bed Victorian house.I sent a detailed project brief, with photos and rough dimensions, to a dozen firms operating in South London. I was still undecided as to whether to go for wood or uPVC and I needed honest, unbiased advice on the pros and cons of each. Bespoke Windows was the only firm to bring fully working examples of their sash window products to our home and we were given a full demonstration on how to operate them, including the in-built tilt facility for cleaning that comes with the uPVC windows. Various finishing details were shown to us, including the traditional Sash Horns that help make the uPVC windows look authentic and true to the original wooden options.In the end, we decided on the uPVC option because of the easy cleaning and low maintenance benefits. The entire job was done in just three-days between two-highly skilled fitters, and they did everything possible to protect furniture, leaving the house as clean as possible, bearing in mind they had to rip out and saw the old wooden frames.Bespoke Windows was started in 1987 by Murray and I loved the fact that he personally takes the time to meet the prospective clients, takes them through the no pressure sales pitch and carries out all the measurements himself. If there’s ever a problem after installation, its Murray that comes out to put things right.It was a big job and a sizeable investment, but money well spent. The windows look amazing and it’s lovely being able to easily open and close them. The difference they have made in reducing heat loss and in cutting out noise from the road is remarkable. I cannot recommend Bespoke Windows highly enough. Great product and first-class service.

We chose Bespoke Windows because half of the street has used them to replace their windows. And now we know why!It was a flawless experience. The guys were so quick and tidy.We were re-rendering our house at the same time and coordinated with that builder and worked hard to not damage any of our new render.Windows aren’t ever cheap, but their costs are comparable with others around here. But their service and workmanship is second to none!We only did the front of our house this time round. I have had 3 double glazed windows put in by Bespoke Windows over the past 6 years and I have been very happy each time. They keep the place very clean (sealing off the area where they are working and laying down carpet tacking) and fit the windows in a day. It has made a big difference to the warmth and noise and they look very nice. They have also been great with the aftercare.
