Poundstretcher

I like this place. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I mostly find the everyday things I need, and often find somethings I didn't know ow I needed until that moment. Worth a visit if you're passing.

Did spot this Bargin buys store from a distance with half price sale signs on the store windows ,I thought I'd just take alook as you never know if there's any bargins on offer .The location of the store is next to the large council Riverside carpark which is very handy & you can also get a free 1hour parking if you imput your car reg @the ticket machine .Once inside this large nice & bright clean store which is all on one level .I suddenly recognised within a couple of mins that the Layout style,the numerous well stocked long shelves with product pricing labels,I'd actually wondered into a 'Poundstretcher Store' which for me personally was very disappointing as I was expecting to visit a different shop after the branding signage got my attention, it didn't take me long to wonder round & leave as I had already visited the poundstretcher store in Retford earlier on in the day .

Very good shop. Has a wide range of goods for sale to suit all pockets.

Not bad prices but very strange pricing structure. They have doubled the price of everything and then give a 50% discount at checkout if you spend over £5 so you have to be careful, some items are very expensive now.

Visited this place for the 3rd time in last 3yrs, today was the worst as this shop doesn't have a free car parking which is a joke. My 10mins visit cost me £25 in parking fine an shop purchase £12 the service was a little poor. Won't be recommending this shop to any of my family or friends, or visiting it again. Stay away people or face a fine if you don't really know this place.

Great little shop, make the trip from Scunthorpe to here every now and again to stock up on bargains. Staff are always pleasant and always plenty of parking.

Very good selection of product. Stock rotation is a frequent occurrence so always something to buy. There bag policy is a little strange. Often only having the £1 bags available but this is a small issues. Also has a huge carpark which is a plus for those scared of parking in car parks.

Its a typical bargain shop that I find a lot of things in there for crafting so it is useful, the staff are helpful and friendly.
