Pure Indulgence Day Spa

Well what an afternoon! A body scrub followed by a beautiful shower, Body lotion smothered over me, followed by a facial and head massage! I felt relaxed - I may have even fallen asleep! The products felt amazing, my skin glowed for days after! Recommend this spa! x

The new premises of Pure Indulgence Day Spa are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Having received a number of wonderfully relaxing treatments, I can highly recommend this spa. I left feeling relaxed and thoroughly spoilt. The care and attention was second to none. In addition to the treatments I received, I also spent time in the relaxation room which had a very relaxing atmosphere and was charming. I will definitely be returning to this spa.

Travelled 30 mins for a massage for today, only to find that there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to illness! They could of at least had the decency to call me to let me know instead of wasting my time and fuel getting there for nothing! Won't bother rebooking.

Really unhappy with pedicure today - cut cuticles back to sensate skin - really sore now and painful to be cut, burnt my foot with the parrafin wax, didn't remove original nail colour properly so can see it through new colour. Painted my cuticles as well as nails and finish really poor. And I have a sore foot. Really not impressed and wouldn't go back.

My manicure was laughably bad. Firstly there was no consultation on the shape I would prefer (I tend to go for a rounded finish). Filing was done with the rough edge of the file, which quickly reduced my nails to one mm short of and in one case one mm beyond the quick, bar the right thumb which was left untouched. At the end of the filing process I was asked if I was happy with the shape – terrified of further filing I had to say yes – there was nothing left to shape!!There was no smoothing off of the edges and my now very short nails were left uneven and with snags. Cuticle work was also surface level, with a cursory push back which on most nails had limited effect.I should have asked for my money back, but I went there for a relaxing treatment after a stressful week and would prefer to loose £20 than face an argument on my weekend.

Had Tammy and Molly (with my mum). We both got the facial and full body massage package. Both very lovely and would come again!

Tammy is a fantastic and perfectionist therapist, and I would not go anywhere else! Pure Indulgence is an excellent local business that deserves to thrive.

I recently enjoyed a highly professional and excellent service at Pure Indulgence Day Spa. The therapists went out of their way to make me have the best spa experience to date - which was achieved greatly.My treatment, one which consisted of pure relaxation, the Elemis 'taster' facial was relaxing and ever so enjoyable. Before this I was asked about my skin and what I would like to achieve out of this treatment, which I very much appreciated as it made the whole experience a little more personal. Throughout my experience with Pure Indulgence Day Spa, it was made clear to me that the therapists want their customers to get the most out of their spa experience - and I can honestly say this was achieved! Feeling relaxed and stress-free!
