Contacted Keytek via their online phone request. Very prompt response several minutes later. Outlined the issue, was given the hourly cost and any additional cost information upfront so I knew what I was going to pay. Same day service or could have been scheduled for some other time. Received a further call later in the day with an update. 10min call before the locksmith arrived. Arrived, sorted the issue, gave me some very useful maintenance information and paid via the phone. All done and dusted within 5 and a half hours.Great service. Great locksmith, very clear went through every step of the repair with me. Hoovered before he left. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Helpful people on the phone and the locksmith was helpful too. The cost was a bit more than I thought but I forgot vat. He explained everything he was doing and gave me tips to keep me safe. Would recommend

My upvc door just stopped workig. The engineers came over and fixed it, but he also explained what he was doing so I was kept in the loop.
