Old Rectory Holiday Cottage

Stayed last week in the rectory cottage. Mrs ashbee is a lovely host. Its set in lovely grounds . The cottage is what it is old and quirky. The only thing that lets it down is the bathroom it is very poor. Needs up dating and is not comfortable. Hopefuly this will be done then it would tick all the right boxes.

Fabulous Gardens and grounds on the estate.Very old cottage the Old Rectory, we where made very welcome on arrival,The local village of Heydon is a stunning and village lost in time with a lovely country public house which is dog freindly.The Tea room is especially popular with walkers and cyclists.
