We had a bird come down our chimney behind the gas fire. Pete came out on a Sat afternoon even though he was on a day off! Pleased to say the bird was released unharmed! He was very professional and gave us good safety advice about gas fire and condition of chimney. Friendly and excellent service.

Boiler replacement and update to central heating system.Pete has done an absolutely amazing job. They kept us informed with what they were doing and were unfazed by the issues they encountered with our old pipes! They dealt with everything professionally and with good humour. They also fitted a new shower and shower screen for us which was not part of their original remit.They are punctual ,friendly, open and honest and leave everywhere clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them.

I recently had a major leak in my garage, I called Sure Flame and although it was early evening Pete came out straight away and sorted the problem. Fantastic company to deal with and I will without doubt use them again. I can't recommend them highly enough, absolutely A1 service.

Sureflame set up a new watermain into my flat due to a problem with low water flow rate, and also installed a new shower and fixed a broken toilet. They were very professional, timely and I am really pleased with the work. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The quality of workmanship was excellent. A great deal of effort was made to ensure that all work carried out to my heating and hot water system was to the highest standard. At all stages of the job I was kept up to date and given the opportunity to agree to what was required to ensure the repair that was successfully completed. Time keeping was excellent and most importantly the contractors turned up when they said they would.I have no hesitation in recommending this contractor and I certainly will be more than happy to use them again should I need any future plumbing or heating work carried out.

Pete from Sureflame came round a few weeks ago to sort out a sudden leak on our boiler. He was efficient, knew his stuff and sorted the problem out. Pete (Sureflame) and Steve (Plumbers Online) removed our old bath and toilet replacing them with a new shower and toilet, replaced internal water pipes and fitted a new tap in our kitchen. They were brilliant, always cheerful, friendly, clean and tidy, explained what they were doing to us and referred to us when a decision needed to be made.
