Just moved down to Weymouth from London couldn't get channels on the TV, spoke to the engineer at Touts and he could not have been more helpful solving the problem, will definitely be using them again.

Matt arrived promptly, he was very polite. Checked out the best place to locate an aerial to ensure that it worked effectively. Very efficient and helpful. Will recommend this company in future!

Man turned up to mother in laws didnt wear a mask in her flat, he was there 10 mins, no parts replaced, charged her £54 for 10 mins work which equates to over £300 per hour what a lovely way to treat a pensioner. Bloody awful service

Matt arrived early, very cheerful and full of enthusiasm. Also very helpful and full of knowledge, it is wonderful to see dome one so civilised in this day and age. I would recommend your company and Matt and he has promised me some contact cards for me to pass on.
