CUPP Bubble Tea - High Street, Worcester

I usually go here after college a pick up a bubble tea before heading back home on the train, once I got to the station and was about it board train realised they didn't add any tapioca pearls which I payed for?? It was a simple order and my order wasn't taken very well. The person looked really tired and fed up.I felt bad for the guy but just double check your staff are happy.Other than this issue in the past they have been usually quite friendly and the bubble tea is very yummy.

Came for #bobateaday and got some free free tea for being one of the first 100 in line - really good and quick service, well organised, kind staff. Taro & tapioca and mango & kiwi popping balls, both lovely!

I'm so disappointed, I heard this place was good but its so overpriced and the staff are so blunt??? the tea was flavourless too, I wish I'd gone to Tealif instead.

Great drinks. A little more expensive than the other brands but the quality is there. Also opens earlier than the others.i do feel sorry for the staff as normally only 1 working and they are up against when busy

The matcha milk tea with soya milk and green grass cubes is officially my favourite drink. I’ve been obsessing over it since I had it 3 days ago. I’m counting down the days until I go back to Worcester. Top top - get a pizza slice from Pizza freakz and have a bubble tea from Cupp for dessert. Perfection ♥️

In general the barista was just slow and rude and didn’t look bothered about serving us at any reasonable rate. It also looked like it was her second day ever working, and they should maybe have more than just one person running the entire store.She told us AFTER we got charged that they didn’t have the stock to make the drink my partner ordered. Then she couldn’t tell us what she could give us for the same price. There was a line forming due to how slow she was at this point. My partner’s drink took 20 mins only to have a leak/crack in the cup that spilt liquid.I bought a latte that she made in a bubble tea cup that clearly wasn’t suitable for the heat as the plastic couldn’t take the hot liquid. This meant she had to move the liquid twice to new cups, making it cold and leaving behind more caramel syrup each time. She should have just use the normal coffee paper cups on top of the coffee machine!After being held hostage for 40 mins, leaving behind a line of 6+ people that formed. We saw a mother and child come in and claimed that the child was overcharged £15 when she came in earlier alone.Never again.

I really love coming here often, The staff is nice but sometimes can be kinda rude, I love There tea but they could customize the inside a bit more :)

Cupps has a welcoming atmosphere with lovely staff.The bubble teas are very delicious I do recommend visiting.

Fantastic place with great staff and good quality bubble tea! I ordered my bubble tea off Too Good to Go, (showing that they waste as little food as possible) but unfortunately my train was delayed 15 minutes past shop close. Aleksandra was kind enough to keep the shop open 30 minutes past closing time to ensure I collected my order, greeting me with a smile at the door. I would without a doubt recommend CUPP!

Taro milk tea(oolong) with lychee jelly it’s the best thing!!!!!My absolute favourite♥️Though the shop gets busy, the staff greats you with a pleasant smile and patiently walk us through the menu if we have any questions. I’m a regular there, never a dull moment.P.s: They offer student or blue light card discount
