1 star. Is that enough? Yes I believe it is.Awful customer service. No specific policies available when asked for. No complaints procedure.Basically take the Micky out of your customer rights and frame it around Mickey mouse reasoning. I'm sure they're a good company if the goods you buy are ok for you. But returning an item within 7 days and it's a very different story. This despite the goods not been used. Item tried on. 4 dog hairs got on to the item. The director" attempted to like this to abstestos? I'd love to the evidence base for this. Of course it doesn't exist and is just a ridiculous statement.They did refund less a cleaning fee......a piece of tape applied to the said hairs would be all that is required."You ripped the bag". It's a sealed bag.....how else would you open it?I tried to keep business local. I'm a local business myself. If I treated people this way I'd be out of business very quickly.Buyers beware.Re the response. There was definitely not more than a few dog hairs. My son literally tried the item on and it went back in the bag. It was returned twice as in my opinion this company tried to take advantage of a young person. Therefore I returned the item
