Hermitage Medical Practice
If I could give this less stars I would. Starting with receptionists through to the doctors it’s an absolute shambles. The receptionists are very unprofessional, unfriendly and disorganised and the doctors seem to basically not care or take the time to read any case notes. If you have the option to register at a different practice I would advise you do.

I had a very good experience today meeting one of the new doctors: efficient, pleasant, and clearly competent (without relying on the computer screen). A breath of fresh air after several frustrating previous visits. This said, I'm very sorry Dr Larkin is gone.

My girlfriend and I got appointments for blood tests a month ago, noone is getting back to us and everytime we call they say the doctors are busy.No complaints about the staff as all of them are very friendly but there is a huge lack of management.

Perhaps a good experience once in the door, but hopeless joining process of having to take a day off work to bring paperwork and hope to you are there before others. Utterly bizarre- easier to go elsewhere

Unhelpful and unprofessional GPs Have tried to change surgery to no avail. Lack of patient care. Dr larkin is great the rest are rude and don't care.
