The Gym Group London Monument

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Member experience is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, happy and safe when using our facilities.

My son, who is a member, sent free gym sessions, via our phones to his sister, mother and me. Our PIN numbers followed shortly afterwards to gain entry. We parked in the nearby NCP ( only £3-50 for the whole of Sunday) and walked to the gym. It is situated one floor down from street level , either by lift or stairs. We then had to enter our PIN numbers to gain entry. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and how empty the gym was. We spent about 1.5 hours there trying all the machines. For the novice the machines have very easy to follow instructions and pictures showing which parts of the body it dealt with. Overall we had a great time here.

I was a member of the Waterloo gym. My membership accidentally renewed for a second month even though I didn't mean this to happen because I'm moving places. When I noticed on the day of renewal and called the Gym Group they said they couldn't cancel and refund me.It's bad practice and poor customer service. I enjoyed the gym but doubt I'll ever use this company again after this experience.

Nice friendly and good gym to use. Great space area's to workout and large shower rooms.Gym PT's are good

One of the best gyms I've worked and trained at.Always clean, staff and regular members always happy to chat and have a laugh. Plenty of space to do functional workouts plus all the equipment I need for strength sessions.Highly recommend if you're a newbie due to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere but equally good for the more advanced gym goer as its quiet and you can focus!

I’ve been attending TheGym Monument for about a year and I highly recommend it. The staff are highly skilled and very friendly professionals. I attend a couple of their classes a week and they’re always high quality, safe and stretching in more ways than one! The gym contains loads of equipment including machines I’d never seen before that are really effective. Thanks to Rachel, Leah and co for your great work!

I've tried a couple of Gyms over the years and this is by far my favourite. Staff are super helpful and friendly, especially the manager. They are incredibly professional, sincere and genuinely care. The Gym is also always well maintained and kept in a clean state. Hope it continues like this for years to come.

Did a couple of classes there this week and they were fantastic!The trainers are lively, super friendly and knowledgeable. You're in safe hands here :)

Been there today!!! I am impressed by how clean and organized the gym was(Saturday 12pm), not sure if this is always like this. I will definitely return another day! 5/5
