Walking into Amanda Roberts and being greeted by Jake was pleasure. From the moment I registered he was on it. First appearance with a viewer, he was very smartly dressed, polite and extremely professional. I was updated by phone after each visit also reports were sent advising me on how my property was doing. All in all, great Estate Agents, will be requesting their help when looking for a home in Chingford. Thank you Jake for all your help.

Sellers should stay away from this agent. We made a 1.1 million offer for 1 Woodberry Way, London, Greater London E4 7DY, he said there was a higher bidder and that our offer was not accepted. We can now see that this property was sold for 965k, therefor I'm sure the vendor never received our offer.If the seller of this property ever sees this review, I urge them to contact me so I can help them start legal proceedings for their loss.
