I called on short notice and was seen right away, happy with their service

Since Sohail left the firm, it's been very difficult to get someone on the phone or email about my daughter's visa application. I called the Cardiff office, which they said will call me back it's been a month now, and no one seem to care to get back to me. Which is frustrating. I need to know what's happening .

They are very kind people although they are specialising in immigration matters only.It's easily accessible from Walter Road, but the parking lot is a bit further away on Kingsway.

My dealings were some years ago. I was very happy with the young solicitor, Mr Ibrahim, who was very helpful, patient and professional.

I had a solicitor named Zakiya she was brilliant got my fiance passport she worked unrelenting to get it I would advise these lawyers anytime especially Zakiya brilliant over the moon

Awful lawyers. I had a simple straightforward application. He did not complete my application on time. They spelt my Surname WRONG. Got my wife’s date of birth WRONG. Got her nationality WRONG. So many grammatical errors on my actual form. We had to give the guy ideas on why we should be permanent residents. Just awful. And when I told him I needed the application back for same day service, he was extremely rude. In the end, I paid their fee, was late for same day service as i needed to fill out a new form and sent out a postal application on my own (without lawyers details) - delaying the whole thing by 3 months meaning wasted lawyer fees and loss of earnings in the thousands as had to remain an employee as opposed to self-employed. Do not use.
