After our holiday previously booked with another company was cancelled we put an enquiry through to Kuoni in Harrogate. Sam listened to our wish-list and provided quotes for alternatives, one of which was spot-on what we were looking for. Andrew took over our enquiry in Sam’s absence and tweaked details to make it even better. We booked and are looking forward to our break. Seamless professional service.

Kuoni partner with Discover The World who are unethical and incompetent. We had to cancel a part of our holiday and were told by DTW that the hotel was non-refundable, only to find out they took the full refund and kept it for themselves. under the guise that it's part of their T&C's. Absolutely disgusting!Take some time to do your own research rather than pay someone who has probably never visited your destination. In our experience it's not worth the additional cost and it's better to tailor your holiday to how you really want it... Oh and you don't have to worry about being scammed by predatory T's & C's!The staff at Kuoni were pleasant and quick to respond but that doesn't justify anything else unfortunately.
