Great few hours with granddaughter, spotless, seen reviews about, being charged for tap water, not sure what happened there? Friendly staff, no issues with water I brought for baby, but as well as entrance fee, I do try and support business, bought nice cuppa, quavers and bottle of water. Will definitely use again

I had a party here Saturday I’d never use them again the old lady Marie is a absolute crank . And another young girl was dead brassy and looked like she done drugs ruff as was a bad experience all round not worth the money to do a party there food is rubbish thank god I got the chase character they was brilliant otherwise this place would of ruined my sons 3rd birthday I think personally the place should get nicer staff or shut down

Quiet and clean. £11 for two children, great to entertain the kids in school holidays when it wet outside. Food & drinks are available to buy.

Fun Time Soft Play Centre
I attended here yesterday with my 14 month old son. A lady called Gina was extremely unprofessional, and told me my son couldn’t drink his cooled boiled water from his sippy cup, and would need to buy a bottle of water instead. I repeat, my son is 14 months old. Sheer stupidity and rudeness. Will not be returning, wish I read the other reviews before going.

Lovely play centre, my child had a great time however an older lady who worked there is one of the rudest people I have ever met! Told me to put a bottle of water away or I’d have to BUY tap water, questioned my child’s age and just spoke to the children/parents like rubbish! Heard/spoke to other people there at the time and they all said the same thing! Ruining a lovely business

The older lady who works there is an absolute crank! Told us we needed to book online in future even though the place was empty. Moaned about my 2yr old going in play equipment which was apparently for babies- no signs or anything to state this. She also approached my son to tell him this instead of myself. How dare she approach my 2 year old like this! Never returning, staff all sit in a corner drinking coffee and eating biscuits with miserable faces in the corner. Cranks.

Lovely place to spend a couple of hours with the grandkids. Bit remote, so will need a car to get to it. Value for money compared to similar places.

Fun Time Soft Play Centre
Just had to leave because the woman said I couldn’t bring tap water in and said I could have some of their tap water but would have to pay for it. I’ve been coming for years and it’s never been an issue. Disgusting customer service, she was very rude.
