Maryhill Convenience Store, Best-one

Came here to drop a Evri (Hermes) parcel off and the guy at the counter was very rude (Pakistani?). He was asking what is inside my box accusing me that there is something illegal. If so he will leave my parcel outside! I was returning a parcel to Amazon... Horrible behaviour.

I won't be using this shop again for any future amazon returns. The old man with glasses is rude like everyone says & I used the package-less return option (well amazon kind of gave me it by default I didn't choose it) but regardless it says on Amazon you do not need to package your item (I didn't have the original packaging anyway) I thought oh that's a good service!.. I just show the barcode (the man took my phone & scanned it, printed the sticker & said where packaging!?) I said I don't need to package it.. he said yes you need package you need a bag & dangled a carrier bag in my face so I went back out to my car, got a carrier bag & went back in & he said no.. bag not good enough, your products get stolen... I said look it says its a packagless service (thought the shop should flippin pack it or something hence the service!?) I said I'll take my chance, just give me my receipt & he was in a mood & said something in his own language as he handed me the receipt. I defo won't be back there at that shop, don't care if it's the neareat one to me, I'll go to the next nearest one.

If i could give zero stars i would, avoid this shop especially if you have a parcel to be sent there. This guy sent my delivery back, I recived a message from the courier saying my delivery is no longer requierd, he refused to take it in! Went to the shop the next day at 8.30 in the morning, shop was not even opened. Supposed to be open from seven! Avoid This Shop, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Do not use this as an Evri delivery point! I wish I had seen these other reviews before redirecting a parcel here. If zero stars were an option, they would get it. Never been spoken to so rudely in all my life, the staff are unbelievable. Firstly, I redirected my parcel to the depot and went to collect it at 4pm, the man behind the till was on the phone and refused to listen to me saying there was no parcel and to come back at 6pm. Annoyed, I came back at 6pm and another man was behind the till. He rudely said what do you want and when I tried to explain he kept cutting me off saying I was in the wrong place and they don't get any redirected parcels, despite Evri giving me a confirmation email to say it was being sent to this shop. My parcel is now being returned to sender and I am losing out on money because of the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff.

I redirected my hermes parcel here, because there is information that it is parcelshop and it was the only option for me to redirect the parcel. the next day I was informed that they had been asked to return the package to the sender. Man from the store told the courier that he hadn't ordered anything. Really ? Is this a joke ? So why do you have a parcelshop? I do not recommend, as you can see the previous opinions, it is not worth using the services of this store.

No idea who all those other people got serving them, but I went in to return 2 parcels to Amazon. Guy kept me right. Gave me my receipt. All good. I got some shopping and the guy packed my stuff into a bag, and I paid contactless. No problem.

Should have checked the reviews but Evri listed this as the only available parcel shop, so whatever you do don't use it cause the dude just sends your stuff back to its origin.

Came here to drop a Hermes parcel off and they were closed at 7:45 AM on a Wednesday. Opening times on Google say 7AM and opening times via Hermes say 6AM. What a waste of effort and seems like others have had issues.

Really rude and quite aggressive man behind the counter! Demanded multiple times that I hand over my mobile phone after I had to keep saying no because it's a covid risk, and also because I don't have to do that to scan my code for the Hermes print off sticker. I scanned it myself.After he didn't get my mobile he was aggressive and threw my sticker and receipt at the counter instead of handing it to me. Really bizarre attitude and I'm somewhat glad to know I'm not the only one he's been this way to.I do wonder if he would treat a man like this though?

I want to make it known publicly the genre of personnel working in this business. The man behind the counter refused to release a parcel I was collecting today at 17:45 for a friend, who had written a letter of permission and provided their official ID. I was able to understand the need to query and ascertain that this was genuine. However, the thing I have a problem with is that before I was able to explain, I was interrupted, and shouted at to leave the shop in front of other customers. I do not recommend supporting this business because, see for yourself the previous reviews, I do not accept this treatment of other people.
