Our preschool was looking to create new premises when various land options became available. We needed the help of an experienced architect to both work on the feasibility of the different options and the potential designs we could affordably implement. Sadly, we have not been able to pursue the project due to various government regulation changes which impact on the potential viability. We purchased a 1960s cottage on the Isle of Wight almost 2 years ago and we were recommended to talk to Mattinson Associates as we wanted to refurbish and update the property and bring it into the context of a coastal home. We were not disappointed. The team at Mattinson Associates guided us through a re-iterative design process, submitted and achieved planning consent and then directed us towards local mid sized contractors who were capable of carrying out the enhancements, extensions and restyling of the property.
