I first encountered Lottie's shortbread as a seasoned train traveller....then I decided to see if I could buy elsewhere. Website found and purchase made ....this shortbread is my favourite of all I've tried. The taste ..texture....I need good willpower not to eat them all at once.Delivery was speedy ....I'll be going back when my stocks become low

Delicious products Mince Pies very morish filled with yummy mince meat. Bought other biscuites as gifts. Speedy delivery and well packed. Would definitely recommend ordering from Lottie Shaws

Exceptional Customer Service from the Wonderful people at Lottie Shaw. To say their Fantastic cakes biscuits and my all time favourite Millionaire Shortbread didn't touch the sides is an understatement. Wow everything was of Exceptional quality. Yum.

I ordered a Father's Day cake hamper which arrived in time for today. Perfectly packaged with a personalised card. All cakes looked scrumptious and had a generous use by date.The recipient was over the moon and reports that the flapjack was to die for. I am sure he will say the same about the remainder of the selection.I would definitely recommend both the item and the company.

Ordered a big box of treats to split into my christmas gift hampers this year - had a bit of a nightmare with DPD leaving it on the doorstep rather than with a neighbour and it went missing. I called Lottie Shaw’s who were absolutely brilliant and sent out a replacement box immediately which arrived the next day, packaged perfectly with an extra slab of shortbread included! Gorgeous products in lovely packaging and the customer service was excellent, will be on my list of small business’s to buy my gifts from from now on!
