gone there with problems with power and smoking in my car, head mechanic after checking it gives me a qoute of over 300 quid and he said the water pump needs replacing as it causing a fault code that comes up on the dash and this fault code causes the car to malfunction, I questioned is it really the fault code causing all this! he confidently answered yes, after more than 5 days of paying and going back and forth as nethier the issues nor the dash light were sorted. he said he just dont know what is the issue!!! now the confidence is gone! asked to get my money back or at least the money for the labor and diagnosis but they refused. 300 quid worse off and days wasted and they dont wont to be accountable for this!

Had an emergency, my brake pads were worn out and I had to change them 2 hours before a wedding. Thanks so much for the speedy and excellent service !

On the 10/05/22 I book my MOT and was able to get an appointment to drop my car off at 9:30am on 31/05/22. Come to the day I’m there for 9:30am and see it’s not open so wait around first call was made at 10:03 so already waited half an hour giving them ample time to contact me to cancel or say they are late. Called them multiple times and left a voicemail. I waited until 10:15 where I decide now they were being ridiculous. Went into town leaving another voicemail explaining I’d left my car but not my keys but I’d be in town for a bit to wait for them to respond. I STILL HEARD NOTHING! I then decide that if I do not hear anything by 11:30 I’m going to go elsewhere so lucky me Halfords had a cancellation so I can take it tomorrow. When I walk back to pick my car up from Shrewsbury garage when I’m done in town 11:45 I see it is open. A man walks out an I ask him do you work at the garage he says he used to and I asked okay is anyone else there I could speak to about my mot that I was booked in for, he leads me to the garage where there is a grey haired man with classes around 5’9 in height (no name given) I explain what has happened and all he can say is “oh sorry” or “sorry” nothing else no explanation and it was the most half a**ed apology I have ever herd. Genuinely he did not care at all that most of my day of was ruined and tomorrow I have to cancel all plays and sort a mot around being at work…a job I’m not allowed my phone on me for due to GDPR so if I get a call to pick up or do repairs it will become rather difficult. I’m still waiting to get a call back and the man I spoke to did not even ask my name that how little he cared. I’m appalled by this level of poor service and disappointed when last year they were lovely after I needed repairs doing. Now I do not trust the company and will tell everyone I know they should not go there as I do not want anyone to get as poor of a service as I did. My whole day is ruined and I’m beyond stressed. You need to work on customer service as your company apparently does not care about it or the lives of your clients!

The service here is *fantastic* - I had my car serviced after it developed some difficult-to-diagnose malady on a long journey, and not only did the team fix it quickly, they did so for a fraction of the cost I was expecting to face. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Best garage in the town, will cater to all of your needs, give you advice and explain what the problem is. Above all very professional and friendly. Repairs at a low cost. John and his team are fantastic, would highly recommend you pay them a visit or give them a call if you have any problems or need anything doing.

This is my favourite garage. The reason is quiet simple. When ever I popped in with my faulty car I was able to fix it quickly with a decent price, which I think no garages in shrewsbury could will offer. I love this place. I have recommended it to lot of my friends and they all are very much satisfied with the service this garage offers
