About 3 weeks ago I was in this chemist and bought Cushelle 24 toilet rolls. I was charged £20 but had to buy them because of shortage. I have just seen the same thing in Tesco for £10. Shame on this shop for taking advantage of people at this time. S Berry

I have just seen a customer in your chemist being screamed at by one of your assistants while he tried to complain about a faulty product.This is the most appalling customer service I have ever seen.More to the point there was another member of staff who just stood by and let it happen.Absolutely disgraceful. I will not be returning.
