Older woman a while back at this branch told me they didn't take anything back even though the item was nearly brand new used once and faulty. Very rude, told me to fix it myself? It was literally brand new in the box used once. Argued about consumer rights when she obviously had no idea what she was talking about. Since this I no longer use Argos, I've realised they aren't what they used to be why use them when they're just a bad Amazon? Avoid.

Very rude staff, went there twice and treated me the same whilst treating other customers in a jolly manner; I really do miss the old Argos which was just opposite Sainsbury's on the high street, that was million times better than this (with better staff at least)

Good local store, but not all products available. Plus despite reserving online product was not available for collection when advised, and then they had the cheek to say we failed to collect!!!

I always find this place very quick and helpful. I hardly find something not available in their stock. The only drawback here is the lack of car park. You may park behind Sainsbury's but, in theory you shouldn't park there if you're not a Sainsbury's customer.

The gentleman who had served me today was great and friendly. I had brought to habitat lights. Honestly have had really bad experience in argos in other stores. But this one just great.

Pros: Quick and easy service, polite staff who are always ready to help ANYONE! All iteams are in ome peace expecally during chirstmas time! Cons: Old LCDC screens and old configuation with the computer, Pixel Per Square Screen (PPSS). Untrustworthy of big or expensive iteams. Not a great place to go and not recomened, just use amazon kids! (Don’t once I used it and my package ended up in Japan.) I recomend using a diffrent branch
