Had an issue with my water tank. Contacted Philip who assured me he could come out the next day and sort the problem. Came on time, was courteous; especially making sure he put shoe covers on when coming in and out the house. Worked efficiently and charged fairly. Would use again.

Was able to come and fix our boiler same day as called, let us know what the problem was and sorted it out. Arrived on time, good communication. Would recommend!

Mr Jones arrived on time and informed me via text each day when he would arrive. I asked for a designer radiator to be installed which is 5 feet tall. He explained what would be required and how long it would take. He also serviced my boiler and installed a new radiator. Can't thank him enough for all the hard work as it looks great

Phil and Callum moved my boiler and radiators. They were both very informative, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Price was as agreed in quote despite the job being more complicated than the original estimate. Both offered great advice to use the boiler settings to improve efficiency - would definitely recommend both.

Philip recently came with his trainee Callum Jones to service my back boiler, as always the service provided was excellent. During the service a fault was found with my boiler this was handled with great professionalism, with Philip trying hard to minimise the disruption to us .Both men were very understanding especially since we have a small baby in the house. Although the job took four times longer than it should have Philip still charged a very fair price. Callum was very keen to learn how a back boiler worked and paid great attention to detail. I can't praise highly enough their friendliness, professionalism and workmanship

I realised after buying a house that it required a new boiler and contacted Philip on my mum's recommendation. He and his trainee Callum were both brilliant and made the experience less stressful than it might have been for me. Philip explained to me that the house had alot of outdated pipe work but they kindly removed all of this as part of the boiler fit, which was done to an excellent standard with really neat new pipework. All the rubbish was cleared away and the area cleaned after the job so there was nothing for me to worry about. Callum even went above and beyond expectations by offering me some much needed advice on the house renovation. I would recommend Phil Jones Heating and will contact them again for future work when I put new heaters in.
