I had a recurring problem with the hopper at the top of a downpipe which was supposed to take away rain water from four terraced houses ...the water was actually pouring down my front stone wall instead.Jack Hamer said they would try to get to me in a couple of weeks but actually Dave and Steve came the next day (I had been put me on the list to check).They cleared some debris and said that hopefully it would be ok but if it recurred they would come back.It didn't work and they did come back and worked on repairing the hopper.That was two weeks ago. It has rained a lot since and so far whatever they did is working.Dave and Steve were prompt, helpful, polite, friendly and very professional.
