Having recently concluded a house purchase I cannot recommend Rita Hickman at Boyce Hatton in Torquay highly enough. Have used Peter Lewis on a long running contentious commercial legal dispute where he provided pragmatic and sensible advice achieving a successful outcome whilst avoiding what could otherwise have been a hugely expensive court action. Have used Joe Pengelly on a complex multi-party commercial property purchase and lease contract renegotiation, where he prepared a 27 page lease contract for a very competitive price.

There was a scam going around and I emailed Gary and they emailed me back ASAP to let me know that it was not them who emailed me and to delete the emails between me and the scammer so I wouldn't be hacked. I really appreciated them for getting back to me as fast as they did because it could have become an unfortunate situation.
